TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to mogs.gg ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use mogs.gg. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. If we discover you are under 18, your access will be immediately terminated.

2. Assumption of Risk with Peer-to-Peer Video

During Ranked Arena and Private Mog modes, the Service utilizes WebRTC to establish direct, peer-to-peer connections between you and other users. We do not monitor, record, or filter the video or audio streams transmitted between users. You acknowledge that you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and you agree that we are not liable for any content generated or transmitted by users.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Display nudity, sexually explicit content, or engage in sexual acts
• Broadcast violent, graphic, or illegal content
• Harass, threaten, demean, or intimidate other users
• Use automated scripts, bots, or spoofed cameras to artificially manipulate your score
• Record, screenshot, or distribute images/video of other users without their explicit consent

4. Moderation and Bans

We rely on an automated, threshold-based user reporting system. If multiple users report your IP address within a specific timeframe, you will be automatically banned from the Service. We reserve the right to ban any user or IP address at any time, for any reason, without notice or appeal.

5. Entertainment Purposes Only

The PSL score calculated by the Service is generated locally on your device based on arbitrary geometric ratios from a 2D webcam feed. It is entirely for entertainment. It is not a clinical, psychological, medical, or objective measurement of your attractiveness, health, or worth. Do not take the score seriously.

6. Intellectual Property

The mogs.gg name, branding, logos, and custom code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our Service. The facial analysis model (MediaPipe) belongs to Google and is used under its respective open-source license.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MOGS.GG, ITS CREATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF DATA, OR PRIVACY BREACHES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR THE ACTIONS OF OTHER USERS.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.

15. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court, the remaining parts remain in full effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and mogs.gg regarding the Service.
